  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept prepaid payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD orders incur an additional handling fee of ₹100.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Customers get 10% OFF on all prepaid orders.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • COD orders do not qualify for the prepaid discount and incur a handling fee of ₹100.

  • Orders are shipped within 1 working day from our warehouse.

  • Tracking details will be shared with you once the order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with tags intact.

  • Sale/promotional orders are not eligible for exchange.

  • No returns or refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid).

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An exchange pickup fee of ₹100 applies. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as accessories, socks, or intimate wear cannot be exchanged.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of defective items, our liability is limited to providing an exchange only.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
