Exchange Policy
- Hassle-free exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and have tags intact.
- Sale/promotional orders are not eligible for exchange.
- No returns or refunds are applicable.
- Exchanges: Allowed once per item for a same or different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- INR 100 fee applies for exchange pickup. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
